The basics of understanding liquidated stock
Commercial liquidation is the process by which large retailers and marketplaces (such as Amazon, Zalando, MediaWorld) sell unsold merchandise, customer returns, end-of-line products, and overstock in bulk. This perfectly sellable merchandise is sold at a fraction of the original price to specialized wholesalers like StockItalia.
StockItalia is the Italian reference point for purchasing liquidated stock at fixed prices. We are a team of entrepreneurs with established experience in wholesale trade, who have direct agreements with the leading European liquidation platforms to offer Italian merchants branded merchandise at competitive prices.
Absolutely yes. Liquidated merchandise is goods regularly purchased and resold with proper invoicing. It is not stolen, counterfeit, or illegal merchandise. It is simply goods that large retailers cannot or choose not to put back on the shelves.
Prices are low because large retailers prefer to sell in bulk at reduced prices rather than manage each return or unsold product individually. The cost of restocking often exceeds the value of the merchandise itself. StockItalia purchases these lots and resells them with a contained margin.
Unlike auction platforms (such as B-Stock), StockItalia offers fixed and transparent prices. You do not have to compete with other buyers, the price is certain and predictable, and you have a dedicated consultant who guides you. No hidden costs, no additional platform fees.
Purchasing & Payments
How to order, pay, and start buying
To order, register on our site by filling in the form with your business details. Within 24 hours you will receive approval and your dedicated consultant will contact you to guide you in choosing the perfect lot for your business. There is no shopping cart: the process is consultative and personalized.
We accept bank transfer (preferred method) and credit card. For the first order, advance payment is required. For returning clients, we offer the option of paying 50% in advance and 50% upon delivery.
Our minimum order is 1 pallet (Starter Pack), with prices starting from €600. This allows even new entrepreneurs to start with a contained investment and test the model.
It is not possible to visit the distribution centers, but we provide detailed photos of the type of merchandise contained in the lots. On request, we can send photos of the specific lot before shipping. Our consultant is always available to clarify any doubts about the lot composition.
No, pallets are sold as complete lots with a mix of products from the indicated category. This is what allows us to keep prices so low. However, we always indicate the prevailing categories and the average condition of the merchandise.
Merchandise & Conditions
Everything about quality, conditions, and lot contents
Each lot clearly indicates the product categories included, the estimated number of pieces, the prevailing condition, and the estimated retail value. Lots may contain a mix of products from the same category or multiple categories, depending on the program.
We use a clear grading system: Brand New (sealed), Grade A (like new), Grade B (signs of use), Grade C (cosmetic defects), Salvage (untested). Each lot reports the prevailing condition. Visit the Merchandise Conditions page for full details.
We communicate the lot grade and manifest as provided to us by the source. As this is a B2B sale of liquidation merchandise, the goods are sold as-is, with a tolerance of up to 5% on quantity, value and any damaged items. No warranty of functioning is provided on individual items, save as provided by the specific grade; any manufacturer warranty must be asserted with the manufacturer. Any significant discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery (see Terms and Conditions). Our team is available even after delivery.
Yes, our lots contain original branded merchandise from retailers such as Amazon, Zalando, MediaWorld, Decathlon, IKEA, and others. We never sell counterfeit merchandise.
For some programs, a partial manifest is available. However, most liquidation lots are sold as "uninspected" or with a generic manifest. Our consultant will explain in detail what to expect from each specific lot.

After Purchase
Returns, reselling, and after-sales assistance
As this is a B2B wholesale sale of liquidation merchandise, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The declared grade is always what you receive. The internal lot composition is AS-IS. In case of a clear grade discrepancy, our team is available to find an appropriate solution.
You can resell the merchandise through multiple channels: physical store (bin store, discount), online (eBay, Amazon, Vinted, Subito), flea markets and fairs, or export. Your consultant can advise you on the best reselling strategies based on your profile.
